Job summary

Lecan Solutions is seeking a Senior / Principal AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI platforms across Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI. You will define architecture roadmaps, guide technology choices, and drive implementation with senior business and technology leaders.

The role emphasizes scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI solutions, including model deployment, inference, AI operations, and enterprise integration across AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
• Define AI strategy, target architecture, and technology roadmap.

• Lead architecture for AI platforms, model platforms, inference, and AI operations.
• Define AWS-based AI architecture using services such as AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.

The architect will work with senior business and technology leaders to define AI strategies, architecture roadmaps, technology choices, and implementation plans.

• Guide implementation teams and ensure architecture is followed throughout delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Generative AI and LLM architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Experience designing enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and context engineering.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms, preferably AWS.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AWS Bedrock and SageMaker is preferred.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, responsible AI, and AI risk controls.
• Experience with AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud architecture.
• Experience working with senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
