Job summary

NorthStar HR Consultants seeks an experienced Architect/Lead to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. You will lead end-to-end AI initiatives from concept to production, focusing on LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks.

The role requires hands-on expertise with LLM frameworks, cloud platforms, and strong leadership to guide teams of engineers and data scientists. Excellent collaboration with stakeholders is essential for governance and responsible AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 12-15 years of experience in AI architecture and solution delivery.
• Proven experience building enterprise-scale Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Generative AI and LLM-powered enterprise solutions.
• Build and deploy RAG-based applications, AI agents, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Drive prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation strategies.
• Architect vector search and retrieval pipelines for enterprise knowledge systems.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices including versioning, experimentation, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solution architectures.
• Ensure AI security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI best practices.
• Mentor and guide AI Engineers and Data Scientists on GenAI solution delivery.
