Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
• Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI model integration with Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered autonomous agents using Agent force, Agent Script, Agent Builder, and Agent force DX.
• Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows.
• Develop user interfaces with Lightning pages, Aura Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party apps via REST and SOAP.
• Apply Salesforce best practices for security, governance, and performance.

We are looking for an AI Agent force Developer experienced in designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agent force, Apex, LWC, Flows, Data Cloud, AI models, prompt engineering, and integration capabilities.

• Job Type: Full-Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop AI-powered autonomous agents using Agent force, Agent Script, Agent Builder, and Agent force DX.
• Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce-supported technologies.
• Develop user interfaces using Lightning pages, Aura Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP web services.
• Apply Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, governance, automation, and platform limits.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, Agent force, AI, and Salesforce development across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI models, Data Cloud, automation, CI/CD, code versioning, and documentation practices.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and propose scalable technical solutions aligned to Salesforce best practices.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
