Job summary

Persistent in Bengaluru seeks an experienced AI Agent force Developer to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agent force, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Data Cloud. You will craft secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, and integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of hands-on Salesforce development, prompt engineering, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, Agent force, AI, and Salesforce development across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI models, Data Cloud, automation, CI/CD, code versioning, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities
