Job summary

Kauvery Hospital in India seeks a senior leader to design and oversee educational programs, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the institution. You will drive curriculum development, accreditation alignment, and faculty development to sustain excellence.

The role leads recruitment, training and evaluation of staff, builds relationships with students, parents and the wider community, and manages budget and resources to achieve academic goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is mandatory
• Ph.D. is preferred for senior leadership in healthcare education
• Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare education regulations in India
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development and academic standards
• Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems effectively
