Job summary

Agvantex is seeking a Biological Agronomist to bridge practical field application and agricultural biotechnology in Bengaluru. You will design, trial and execute crop management programs centered on soil microbiome, plant immunity, and biological crop solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in agronomy, expertise in agri-biologicals and regenerative farming, and willingness to travel extensively for farmer consulting and field visits in rural regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Microbiology, Plant Pathology or closely related agricultural science.
• 5+ years of agronomic experience with focus on agri-biologicals, bio stimulants, or organic/regenerative agriculture.
• Strong understanding of plant nutrition, plant-microbe interactions, the soil food web, and crop ecology.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within rural regions for field visits and grower consulting.
