Job summary

Katyayani Organics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an inside sales Agri Advisor in Hyderabad. You will speak Tamil with farmers, understand crop issues, and recommend products to place orders and hit sales targets.

Fresh graduates with B.Sc or Diploma in Agriculture are welcome. The role includes product training and fast growth in a scaling agri-tech company while working from our Hyderabad office.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture required; freshers welcome.
• Native Tamil speaker; working Hindi or English.
• Willing to work from Hyderabad office; good communication and target orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound farmer calls in Tamil; understand crop issues and advise suitable products.
• Guide farmers in placing orders over the call.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Follow up on leads and pending orders over phone calls.
• Maintain call, lead, and order records in the CRM.
• Build farmer relationships to drive repeat purchases.

We are hiring B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture graduates fluent in Tamil to join our inside sales team as Agri Advisors.
