Job summary

Smartworks in India is seeking an AGM Project to lead the project team in executing interior design projects for clients on long-term leases. You will collaborate with the design team and communicate with clients to ensure visions are realized effectively.

You will oversee all phases from planning to completion, manage budgets, procure materials, coordinate with subcontractors, and prepare MIS dashboards to track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within interior design or construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing design specifications provided by the client.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure client approvals are obtained efficiently.
• Schedule planning for proposed projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Responsible for material procurement and billing of sub-vendors to maintain project budgets.
• Project planning and scheduling, ensuring all tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders, including preparation of MIS (Management Information Systems) and dashboards to track project performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or changes in requirements.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
