Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Planning professional to join a Real Estate developer in Hyderabad. You will own the master schedule across a multi-project portfolio, linking site progress to project cash inflows and payments, while working with execution teams on site.

The role requires hands-on planning across township projects using MSP, site visits (at least two per week), and the ability to translate ground data into dashboards and KPI insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning across multi-project portfolios, not single-site.
• Strong MSP proficiency; Primavera (P6) exposure is a plus.
• Solid understanding of civil, MEP, and infra activities and their interdependencies.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Planning professional to join a Real Estate developer in Hyderabad. This role sits at the intersection of construction planning and financial control owning the master schedule across a large, multi-project portfolio of developments, while directly linking site progress to project cash inflows (customer collections via CRM) and outflows (contractor, vendor, and procurement payments). The ideal candidate is equally comfortable walking a site with an execution team and presenting a cashflow-linked project review to leadership.

Own end-to-end project planning and scheduling across township projects using MS Project (MSP), including baseline creation, progress updates, and critical path tracking

Visit project sites (minimum two sites per week) to validate progress, identify on-ground constraints, and cross-check reported status against actual execution

• Proven experience managing planning across a multi-project portfolio simultaneously (not single-site experience).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project (MSP); exposure to Primavera (P6) is an added advantage.
• Solid technical grasp across civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure/external development (roads, STP, landscaping, utilities) activities and their interdependencies.
• Demonstrated analytical ability comfortable building and interpreting dashboards, tracking KPIs, and translating site-level data into decision-ready insights.
