Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic HR advisor and key business partner to the Corporate Services segment. The role will be responsible for driving the people agenda, partnering with business leaders on talent and organizational priorities, and supporting business growth through effective HR partnership.
The role will also work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams on new and existing bids, transitions, client requirements, manpower planning and labour-cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Business HR & People Strategy
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive the overall people agenda including talent management, career development, engagement and retention.
- Identify critical/high-potential talent and support succession planning, talent reviews and career development initiatives.
- Act as a change catalyst and strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business and organizational effectiveness.
Business Growth & Bids
- Partner with the Business Development team on new and existing bids/RFPs, providing HR inputs on manpower planning and labour costs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, C&B and other stakeholders to develop commercially competitive manpower cost structures.
- Participate in client discussions during bids, transitions and ongoing account requirements, representing HR as a key business partner.
- Support regional/operational HR teams in addressing client-specific people requirements.
HR Operations & Governance
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and governance across the business.
- Drive compliance with employment laws and people-related regulatory requirements.
- Partner with TA on hiring of critical/key positions based on business requirements and forecasts.
- Work closely with C&B, Payroll, IR, L&D, Talent Management and Compliance teams on business requirements.
- Leverage HR analytics and business insights to identify people-related priorities and improve organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of overall HR experience, with strong HR Business Partnering / Generalist exposure.
- Candidates from the Facility Management (FM) / Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry will be highly preferred.
- Ideally 2–3+ years of relevant FM/IFM experience, particularly in a client-facing or business partnering environment.
- Strong understanding of Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Retention, R&R and Succession Planning.
- Experience working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to bids/RFPs, manpower planning, labour-costing and client interactions would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to use data and insights for decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR governance.
