Job summary

Saya Homes in Greater Noida West seeks an AGM/General Manager - HR & Admin to lead the HR function across projects and corporate offices. You will shape HR strategy, oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and ensure compliance with labour laws.

This role requires 12-16 years of HR leadership experience in real estate, strong people leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to build strong HR systems and policies.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 12-16 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in Real Estate companies.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce management (onsite & corporate).

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function for the organization across all business units and projects.
