Job summary

Enrich Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced EHV Substation Design Lead to manage the end-to-end design of 132-400 kV substations and transmission systems.

You will provide hands-on primary engineering, review protection schemes, and ensure adherence to project standards across multiple sites. The role demands 14-20 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 14-20 years of relevant experience in EHV substation design and engineering.
• Strong expertise in 132 kV, 220 kV and/or 400 kV AIS/GIS substations.
• Hands-on experience in primary engineering and technical review of design deliverables.
• Experience in power transmission, renewable energy, or solar EPC projects is preferred.
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering of 132-400 kV EHV substations and transmission systems.

• Lead technical evaluation of vendors, tender documents, and engineering proposals.
• Guide and mentor the EHV Design & Engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and project specifications.
