Hector And Streak Consulting in Mumbai seeks an AGM Design Co-ordination to lead design coordination across major development projects in the hospitality/luxury sector. The role requires 12-15+ years of experience coordinating large-scale hotel or hospital projects from concept to handover, with a preference for luxury hotel experience.

Competenze

• 12-15+ years of relevant experience in design coordination for large development projects.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury residential or mixed-use projects.
• Bachelor/Master in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and project management tools.
