Job summary

Shanoor Projects And Realtors Private is seeking a senior accounts and finance leader to oversee end-to-end financial operations from Thiruvananthapuram. The role requires driving budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and strong statutory compliance across GST, TDS, and income tax.

You will mentor the accounts team, coordinate with auditors and banks, and implement ERP-based reporting to optimize costs and processes in a real estate/construction context.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA / CMA / M.Com / B.Com.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Budgeting, and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
