Job summary

Iris Software in Noida is seeking an experienced Agile/Scrum professional with 10-12 years of experience to lead Agile practices, drive Scrum discipline, and optimize Jira/Confluence usage. The role requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple boards simultaneously.

You will work across projects to ensure Agile principles are followed, facilitate planning, and report on progress. This on-site position is based in Noida and targets senior-level professionals in the domain.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end Agile methodologies.
• Ability to drive Scrum discipline across teams.
• Strong expertise in Jira boards, workflows, structures, and reporting.
• Proficient in Confluence documentation and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate E2E understanding of Agile methodology.
• Bring Scrum discipline to the team.
• Hands-on knowledge of Jira Board, Jira workflow, structure and reporting.
