Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. in India is seeking a skilled Agile project coordinator to help scale Agile practices across teams. You will drive Scrum discipline, own Jira boards and workflows, and ensure Confluence documentation and dashboard reporting are accurate and accessible to stakeholders.

In this role you will manage multiple boards in parallel, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and collaborate with product and development teams to remove blockers and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence usage for project work.
• Ability to maintain dashboards and provide clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive Scrum discipline and E2E agile understanding.
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, and multiple boards in parallel.
• Create and maintain Confluence documentation and dashboards.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
