Job summary

ABB in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced R&D/Process Automation professional to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and solution development. You will be the first point of contact in R&D for in-depth product issues, and help shape future architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships and delivers improvements.
• Collect feedback from the teams and check on the process implementation level.
• Part of core implementation team across the R&D community.
• May be part of train the trainer initiatives.

• Initiate and drive technology, software, product, or solution development.
