Job summary

Wipro is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions powered by autonomous agents, LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs. You will steer architectures, ensure governance, and drive AI-driven automation at scale.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape AI capability development across the organization, requiring 12+ years of related experience and strong cloud, Python, and integration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• 12-20 years of experience in Web development, AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or solution architecture.
• 3+ years hands-on with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Strong experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Expertise in RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, MLOps, and enterprise application integration.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, security, governance, and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions powered by autonomous agents, multi agent systems, LLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and AI orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of AI/ML expertise, solution architecture skills, and hands‑on experience in delivering enterprise‑scale AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Do:

• Understanding of business processes to determine problem statements in the F&A & HRO Vertical. Closely work with functional and domain experts and translate how technology can solve a business problem
• Should be able to think through existing technology solutions and also have enough industry/market know how to bring in technologies from partners and develop alliances
• Develop solution artefacts, value propositions with a representation of end to end business processes and mapping them back to technology solutions
• Develop relationships with multiple stake holders (Below list is not exhaustive)
• Functional team to understand the business needs
• Technology teams to convert them into technology solutions
• Sales and Pre Sales team acting as the engine enabling sales
• He/she works as an individual contributor with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and is able to respond to RFI/RFP (RFx) and defend /present solutions with Client while working closely with the onsite Sales teams
