Job summary

Zoho seeks a Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Technical Lead to drive the design and deployment of autonomous agents and LLM-powered applications in its IT Services division. You will lead architecture, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable GenAI solutions.

You will architect agentic workflows, mentor teams, and evangelize best practices while integrating Bedrock Agents, vector stores, and orchestration tools across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of software development with AI/ML focus.
• Experience building applications with Vector Databases for AI retrieval.
• Hands-on with Amazon Bedrock Agents and cloud deployments.
• Proficiency in AI orchestration tools: Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and Generative AI.
• Experience leading Agentic AI and autonomous systems initiatives.

Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior GenAI and Agentic AI Technical Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of next-generation intelligent systems within our IT Services division. Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced agentic AI architectures utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and CrewAI.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  
• Demonstrate proven expertise in building applications with Vector Databases and managing unstructured data for AI retrieval.
  
• Have hands‑on experience with Amazon Bedrock Agents and the ability to deploy secure, compliant AI solutions on cloud platforms.
  
• Show deep proficiency in modern AI orchestration tools including Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
  
• Hold a solid understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) architectures, prompt engineering, and the principles of Generative AI.
  
• Exhibit a track record of leading technical initiatives in the domain of Agentic AI and autonomous systems.
  
• Be capable of working within a competitive compensation range of ₹17 LPA, reflecting the specialized nature of this role.
