Job summary

VAYUZ Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an AI engineer to design and configure AI agents for real-world business use cases. You will develop prompts, instructions, personas, and conversation flows, and integrate agents with APIs, tools, CRM, and other systems.

You will identify edge cases, create evaluation and regression tests, and iterate agent behaviour based on usage and feedback. Experience with multilingual or conversational AI is a plus; this role offers exposure to customer-facing POC

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on LLM / Generative AI / Software Engineering experience.
• Strong Prompt Engineering & Instruction Design experience.
• Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI / Conversational AI.
• Understanding of tool calling, API integration, and workflows.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, and edge-case handling.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on production-oriented AI solutions.
