Job summary

Sensiple in Chennai seeks a Software Engineer for the Agentic AI Product Team. This hybrid role focuses on building an enterprise AI contact center platform, spanning Azure/LangGraph and AWS stacks, with both voice and chat capabilities.

You will own agent design and orchestration, implement self-service agents, integrate MCP tools, and develop HITL flows for production environments. Strong Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, and LLM integration experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with LangGraph or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Azure AI Search or OpenSearch/Pinecone/Weaviate for hybrid search and reranking.
• Experience with embedding models, chunking strategies, and index design for RAG at production scale.
• Experience with LLM API integration.
• Strong Python and FastAPI experience.
• Experience designing multi-agent systems— supervisor/specialist patterns, tool-calling agents, agent-to-agent handoff
• Familiarity with MCP , building or consuming MCP servers as agent tools
• Experience with Redis for session/state persistence
• Understanding of HITL design patterns for production conversational AI (escalation, confirmation gates, failure routing)
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Comfortable working with REST/Graph APIs as agent tools

Role Description

InteliSense is an enterprise AI contact center platform (voice + chat) spanning two independent deployment stacks an Azure/LangGraph stack and an AWS stack (Amazon Connect + Bedrock AgentCore).

Responsibilities

• Own Agent design and Orchestration
• Build new self-service and specialized agent
• Wire up Tool/MCP Integrations
• Design and Build HITL flows for Production Voice / Chat

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Search (or equivalent Elasticsearch/OpenSearch/Pinecone/Weaviate) including hybrid search and reranking.
• Experience with embedding models, chunking strategies, and index design for RAG at production scale.
• Experience with LLM API Integration.
