Job summary

KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE is seeking an Associate Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) to lead recruitment and development of insurance agents, and to activate sales targets. Build strong agent and customer relationships.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and support agents to improve performance while achieving monthly and quarterly targets, with a focus on the local market in Rohtak, Haryana.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Age between 20 and 40.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, recruitment and relationship-management skills.
• Result-oriented with sales/business development ability.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
