KOTAK Life Insurance in New Delhi is seeking an Associate Recruitment & Development Manager for the Agency Channel. You will build and manage a team of life advisors/agents, train them, and drive life insurance sales with a fixed salary plus incentives.

The role rewards performance with growth opportunities and promotions, based on results. Experience in field sales and team building is required, with on-site duties in Delhi area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field sales experience and the ability to build your own team.
• Ability to train and motivate the team to drive life insurance sales.
