Kotak Life Insurance is seeking an Associate Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) in Kota, Rajasthan to recruit, develop and activate insurance agents while meeting business and recruitment targets. You will build strong agent and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication, sourcing and recruitment skills, and a results-driven mindset to grow the agency force. This role is on-site in Kota.
