Job summary

Care Health Insurance is seeking a Renewal Specialist to engage existing policyholders and agency partners to drive timely policy renewals. You will coordinate with agents, advisors, and internal teams to process renewal requests and explain terms and options.

You will maintain accurate CRM records, achieve monthly renewal targets, resolve customer queries, and support customers throughout the renewal journey.

• Contact existing insurance customers and agency partners regarding policy renewals.
