HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Bengaluru is seeking an Agency Manager to lead and grow our agency network from the MG Road branch. You will recruit, activate and drive productivity of agents while ensuring engagement and consistent practices.

You will contribute to top-line and bottom-line targets, provide strategic input from a regional view, and oversee renewals and performance reviews in South India.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years of agency/sales experience preferred.
