Job summary

SkillLabs in Panipat, India seeks a dynamic field sales professional to strengthen operational delivery and drive customer acquisition. You will collaborate with branch teams to generate leads and meet targets, while leveraging existing customers to create new sales opportunities and campaigns.

Role emphasizes relationship building, up-selling, compliance adherence, and thorough record-keeping of field calls and visits to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained growth.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen operational delivery to maximize agency business and customer acquisition.
• Deliver growth through revenue retention and revenue generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Team to generate customer leads.
• Achieve targets by coordinating with the Branch Operations team.
• Propose new initiatives from existing customers or untapped markets to drive sales.
• Manage customer parameters and persistency for sales completed.
• Maintain product mix as agreed and monitor competition on products and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines laid down by Compliance Team.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers through open communication.
• Identify clients’ needs and financial situations during fact-finding appointments.
• Execute segmented product-based campaigns.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies.
• Document field sales calls and home visits.
• Apply appropriate solutions and up-selling methods.
• Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Strengthen Operational delivery to maximize Agency business/ Customer acquisition.

• Derive new initiative through the existing customer base / new untapped market to bring new sales.
• Leverage vectors to achieve targets.
• Manage Customer Parameters – Persistency for sales done through
• Manage Product mix as agreed from time to time.
• Track competition on products, structure, and initiatives
• Compliance – To ensure and function as per the guidelines laid down by Compliance Team
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with existing customers through open and interactive communication
• Determine clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.
• Ensure Segmented product-based campaigns
• Follows communication procedures, guidelines & policies
• Keep records of field Sales Calls and Home Visits
• Use appropriate solutions and up-selling methods
• Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and query resolution/ Taking References
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
