We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the design and execution of our affiliate marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and performance analytics, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand customer reach. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and impactful marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven affiliate marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing brand visibility.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates to expand the company’s affiliate network and overall reach.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all affiliate campaigns; continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including digital marketing, content, product, and sales teams to align affiliate marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals.
• Negotiate commission structures, terms, and partnership agreements while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the affiliate marketing domain, with a strong focus on the US market.
• Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, strategic insights, and data-backed recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
