PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an Oracle Technical Director to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle technology solutions across client engagements. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, set strategic direction, and drive business growth while maintaining executive client relations.

In this role you will champion innovation, oversee Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Data Integration, ADF, and BI Publisher projects, and mentor the next generation of technology leaders.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting or related fields.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic technology planning and execution for Oracle-based solutions
• Overseeing the development and integration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and OCI data integration
• Driving business transformation initiatives through process improvement and optimization
• Collaborating with clients to deliver tailored Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) solutions
• Managing Oracle BI Publisher projects to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Promoting innovation and digital tooling to improve service excellence and client satisfaction

As an Oracle Technical Director, you will lead the charge in delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve guiding multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle technology solutions, confirming that client needs are met with precision and efficiency. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Demonstrating strategic technology planning and systemic thinking
• Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
