Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Finance or related finance technology roles.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle Finance - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering strategic solutions within our Oracle Finance practice. You will be at the forefront of client interactions, driving project success through your specialized knowledge and technical acumen. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will leverage your skills to innovate processes and maintain operational excellence, contributing to the firm's strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, applying sound judgment and fostering high-performing teams to solve complex problems. You will motivate and coach teams, guiding them through challenging situations and demonstrating composure in ambiguous environments. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 15 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems


• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
