As a Manager in Enterprise Technology Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will focus on validating compliance and enhancing security within Oracle applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing security measures, and offering guidance for compliance with regulatory standards.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
