Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a software engineer to investigate and resolve complex production issues impacting the MARS platform. You will perform detailed root cause analysis, design long-term solutions, and deploy fixes following DevOps and CI/CD practices.

You will collaborate with Production Support, Architects, and Product teams to prioritize issues, improve stability, performance, resiliency, and observability, and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale, business-critical platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and application performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

The ideal candidate is a technical problem solver who can quickly understand the Account Receivables platform, diagnose complex issues, design effective solutions, and independently drive fixes through to production while improving overall platform reliability and stability.
