Job summary

Kairos Technologies is seeking an experienced AEM Architect to design, develop, and migrate AEM solutions across Sites, Assets, and AEMaaCS. You will lead migration efforts from AEM 6.x/AMS, modernizing repositories, and dispatchers while guiding teams to deliver scalable cloud-native deployments.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in Java, AEM, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, Cloud Manager, CI/CD, Git, and Dynamic Media, and can mentor others through POCs and demonstrations to showcase

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience architecting and migrating AEM solutions.
• Mentor teams and conduct POCs/demos to showcase capabilities.
• Experience with cloud-native AEM, security, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and architect AEM solutions using AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEMaaCS.
• Lead migrations from AEM 6.x/AMS to AEMaaCS, including repository and dispatcher updates.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor teams to ensure scalable, cloud-native deployments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain code quality with Git.

• Design, develop, and architect solutions using AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Lead AEM 6.x/AMS to AEMaaCS migrations, including repository restructuring, dispatcher modernization, and content/asset migration.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, AEM, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, Cloud Manager, CI/CD, Git, and Dynamic Media.
• Conduct POCs/demos, provide technical guidance, and mentor teams while ensuring scalable, secure, cloud-native AEM solutions.
