Job summary

PeopleLogic in Mumbai seeks a senior AEM Lead/Architect to design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows and integrations for scalable web applications. You will provide technical leadership across multiple AEM implementations and guide go-live readiness for Sites, Assets and Forms.

You will mentor a team of AEM developers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with product managers, UX, QA and stakeholders to plan, estimate and deliver on time, and stay updated on the latest AEM and Adobe

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Expertise in Cloud Manager, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing multi-regional websites using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong understanding of OSGi, JCR, Sling, Oak.
• Proficiency in Java programming and Java-based enterprise application development.
• Experience with Apache Dispatcher configuration and UNIX environments.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and functional programming concepts.
• Experience building large-scale web applications integrated with backend services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage technical teams.
• Experience with personalization implementations in AEM using leading personalization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
