Job summary

PHP Experts India is seeking an experienced AEM Development Lead with 8+ years of hands-on AEM expertise to lead scalable solutions. You will drive design, development, and implementation across enterprise-grade AEM projects, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and related technologies, along with leadership experience mentoring teams and guiding best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong AEM expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, CRX/DE, HTL (Sightly), and Maven.
• Experience developing Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, Services, Servlets, and OSGi configurations.
• Strong understanding of AEM Dispatcher, caching, performance, security, and scalability.
• Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets/DAM, REST APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
• Experience with AEM migrations, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Prior experience in technical leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities
