Job summary

IOT Solutions World seeks an experienced AEM Development Lead with 8+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager expertise to drive enterprise-grade solutions. You will lead development teams, design scalable architectures, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will mentor peers, ensure best practices, and coordinate migrations, deployments, and environment management while delivering robust AEM Sites and Assets/DAM integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong AEM expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, CRX/DE, HTL, and Maven.
• Experience developing Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, Services, Servlets, and OSGi configurations.
• Strong understanding of Dispatcher, caching, performance, security, and scalability.
• Experience with AEM Sites, Assets/DAM, REST APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
• Experience with migrations, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Prior experience in technical leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AEM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to AEM development teams.
• Develop and customize AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, Services, Servlets, and OSGi configurations.
• Work with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling, OSGi, JCR, CRX/DE, and Dispatcher.
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable AEM architectures.
• Integrate AEM with enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development and coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
• Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, and environment management.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
