Job summary

Thakur Group of Companies in Mumbai seeks a senior legal professional with deep expertise in land revenue matters and BMC compliance to draft, review, and vet sale deeds, MOUs, lease agreements, and title clearance certificates.

The candidate should be fluent in Marathi and English, capable of independent work, and able to manage multiple files while applying strong knowledge of Property Law and RERA; appearance before courts and coordination with officials is expected.

• Coordinate with sub-registrars and revenue officials for registrations and approvals; appear before courts and tribunals.

• Candidate should be able to draft, review, and vet sale deeds, MOUs, lease agreements, title clearance certificates, and other documents related to land acquisition.
• Coordinate with solicitors, advocates & legal consultants.
• Examine 7/12 extracts, property cards, maps and survey documents to ensure authenticity and compliance.
• Coordinate with sub-registrars, revenue officials, legal advisors, and government departments for property registrations, NOCs and land approvals.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities for legal matters.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Candidate should be fluent in Marathi & English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple files.
• Strong knowledge of Property Law, & RERA.
• Should be excellent in judgment and decision-making skills.
