Job summary

You will review titles, draft, vet sale deeds, MOUs, EC/RTC/Khata records, and coordinate with external advocates and government authorities while supporting registration and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in real estate documentation and legal compliance.
• Experience with property due diligence and document review.
• Ability to coordinate with external advocates and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence of properties and real estate projects.
• Review and verify property title documents and supporting records.
• Draft, review and vet agreements, sale deeds, MOUs and other property-related documents.
• Review documentation including EC, RTC, Khata, approvals and other relevant records.
• Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants and government authorities.
• Support property registration and documentation processes.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide recommendations to management.
• Handle customer queries related to agreements and property documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance and Project teams on legal matters.
• Maintain legal documentation and records.
• Support RERA-related documentation and compliance.
• Track ongoing legal matters and ensure timely follow-up.
