Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior Solution Consultant to support product sales as a technical and domain expert. You will guide revenue for a product, partnering with Sales, Product Management, and executives, and contribute to solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.

You will lead discovery workshops, provide product demonstrations, and answer feature and technical questions while feeding feedback to product management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI applications.
• Proficiency with agent frameworks and modern LLM tooling.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, data pipelines, and security/governance considerations for AI.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
