Harman International in Pune, India seeks an Advanced Specialist in HPS & Operational Excellence to drive lean,Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives across production operations. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve world-class manufacturing standards and report to the HPS Manager.

The role requires a BE/BTech with 10+ years in automotive electronics manufacturing, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth through Harman University.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. with 10+ years of experience in Automotive components Electronics Manufacturing in Operational Excellence.
• Strong collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional kaizen events and workshops for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

This role will be instrumental in aligning Organization’s production capabilities with global automotive quality and efficiency benchmarks.
