Job summary

Aptiv in Bengaluru, India is seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop automotive products in Active Safety and User-Experience, located at the TCI site. The Advanced Software Engineer will build resimulation tools for ADAS analysis and create Linux-based solutions for HPC or cloud environments.

We look for a candidate with 6–9 years in software engineering, top skills in C++, and good English communication to collaborate across teams and drive innovative ADAS features for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (IT/EE/EC/CS/Robotics) required.
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming.
• 6-9 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in C++.
• Experience with ADAS systems and automotive data.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resimulation software for ADAS algorithms.
• Create and deploy Linux applications and scripts for HPC or cloud environments.
• Triage AI/ML perception and control algorithms.
• Analyze data to provide insights for ADAS development.

Advanced Software Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled developer to create resimulation solutions and scripts for automating ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) analysis on large datasets. This role is crucial in supporting our ADAS and Automated Driving development efforts.

Your Role

• Develop and implement resimulation software for ADAS Algorithms
• Create and deploy Linux applications and scripts for HPC or cloud environments
• Triage AI/ML perception and control algorithms
• Analyze data to provide insights and innovative solutions for ADAS development
• Collaborate with Product owners and team members to manage and prioritize tasks
• Bring technological innovations to existing products or develop new products
• Define software requirements, perform analysis and review of software design
• Define and execute software verification strategies and methods

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering discipline (IT/EE/EC/CS/Robotics)
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming
• 6Yrs to 9 Yrs of experience in Software Engineering (Must)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in C++ (Must)
• Knowledge of ADAS systems and automotive data
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
