Job summary

Invesco Hyderabad is seeking a resilient professional to support business continuity and operational resilience. You will help develop and maintain playbooks, coordinate tabletop exercises, and assist with Business Impact Analysis workshops.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a degree in business, risk management or IT, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; Power BI is a plus. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management documentation, including playbooks and recovery plans.
• Support the coordination and execution of tabletop exercises and scenario-based testing.
• Help conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and Important Business Services mapping.
• Participate in data collection and reporting activities for resilience programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and support mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and assist with document organization and version control.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in Business Continuity & Operational resilience.
• A Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in business continuity, or operational resilience.
