FLYONIT Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Adobe MSD Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, Launch, CJA, AEP, and Web SDK to implement and maintain digital analytics across websites and platforms.

The ideal candidate will configure data collection, mapping, and validation, collaborate with business and technical teams, and ensure data quality through testing and documentation. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics solutions for websites and digital platforms.

• Support CJA implementations and cross-channel analytics.
• Work with AEP data collection, schemas, datasets, and ingestion.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe MSD Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining digital analytics solutions, configuring data collection and tracking, integrating Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, and supporting customer journey analytics and reporting requirements. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, data-layer implementation, analytics validation, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Adobe Analytics Implementation

• Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics solutions for websites and digital platforms.
• Configure tracking variables, events, eVars, props, and processing rules as required.
• Develop and validate analytics tracking specifications and measurement plans.
• Troubleshoot data collection issues and ensure data accuracy.

2. Adobe Launch / Tags

• Configure and manage Adobe Launch (Adobe Experience Platform Tags) properties, rules, data elements, and extensions.
• Implement and maintain tags, triggers, and event-based tracking.
• Manage publishing workflows and environments for tag deployment.
• Troubleshoot tag-firing issues and ensure reliable data collection.

3. Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

• Configure and support Customer Journey Analytics implementations.
• Work with datasets, connections, data views, and derived fields where applicable.
• Support cross-channel customer journey analysis and reporting.
• Validate data consistency between source systems and analytics reports.

4. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

• Work with Adobe Experience Platform data collection and data ingestion capabilities.
• Support data schemas, datasets, identities, and event data structures as required by the implementation.
• Assist with data validation, troubleshooting, and integration across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to resolve data quality issues.

5. Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK

• Implement and configure Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK.
• Configure event data and XDM mapping for digital data collection.
• Support integrations with Adobe Analytics, AEP, and other applicable Adobe Experience Cloud services.
• Validate network requests, event payloads, identity handling, and data delivery.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues using browser developer tools and Adobe debugging utilities.

6. Testing, Troubleshooting and Documentation

• Conduct functional testing and validate analytics data collection.
• Identify root causes of tracking discrepancies, implementation defects, and data-quality issues.
• Maintain implementation specifications, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
• Follow release management, code-quality, and implementation governance processes.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with analytics, marketing, development, data engineering, and business teams.
• Translate business measurement requirements into technical implementation plans.
• Participate in technical discussions, requirement workshops, and solution reviews.
• Provide implementation updates and support issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant IT, digital analytics, or implementation experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Practical experience with Adobe Launch / Adobe Experience Platform Tags.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong implementation experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK.
• Understanding of data layers, event tracking, data mapping, and analytics measurement.
• Experience with debugging, testing, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and data streams.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, browser developer tools, and web technologies.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations and cross‑channel analytics.
• Familiarity with analytics implementation governance and release management.
• Experience working directly with clients or cross‑functional delivery teams.

Candidate Expectations

Candidates should be able to demonstrate hands‑on implementation experience across the required Adobe technologies, explain their role in previous implementations, troubleshoot real‑world tracking issues, and communicate technical solutions clearly.
