Persistent is seeking an experienced AEP AJO Developer in Bengaluru to design and manage real-time customer data pipelines and personalized omnichannel engagement solutions. You will build data foundations, enable identity resolution, and orchestrate customer journeys across multiple channels.

You will work with AEP, AJO, XDM schemas, and REST integrations to deliver personalized experiences while ensuring governance and compliance. Hybrid work options are supported.

Formación

• 8–12 years of experience in Digital Marketing Tech, CDP, or CX solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP and customer profile management.
• Strong understanding of XDM schemas and identity resolution.
• Experience building customer journeys with AJO.
• Proficient in SQL and JSON for data manipulation.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations.

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced AEP & AJO Developer to design, develop, and manage real-time customer data pipelines and personalized omni-channel engagement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customer data foundations, enabling identity resolution, orchestrating customer journeys, and delivering highly personalized customer experiences across multiple channels.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data models and customer data solutions.
• Create and manage Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
• Configure and manage batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines.
• Develop identity resolution and identity stitching strategies to create unified customer profiles.
• Design, test, and deploy customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Create event-driven customer engagement workflows using triggers, audience qualifications, and conditional logic.
• Develop and manage omni-channel customer experiences across email, SMS, push notifications, web, and custom channels.
• Implement personalization strategies using dynamic content, offer decisioning, and customer segmentation.
• Configure audience creation, activation, and journey entry criteria within Adobe Experience Platform.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON transformations, and Adobe Experience Cloud services.
• Implement and support tag management solutions using Adobe Launch.
• Monitor and optimize customer journey performance and engagement metrics.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy policies, consent management, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with marketing, analytics, and business teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and campaign-related issues.
• Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of Adobe Experience solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and solution architecture artifacts.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing Technology, Customer Data Platforms, or Customer Experience solutions.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Experience working with Adobe Real‑Time CDP and customer profile management solutions.
• Strong understanding of XDM schemas, identity services, and customer identity resolution.
• Experience developing and managing customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Hands‑on experience with audience segmentation and activation strategies.
• Strong knowledge of event‑driven architecture and omnichannel customer engagement.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, segmentation, and customer targeting.
• Experience working with JSON data structures and REST API integrations.
• Knowledge of streaming and batch data ingestion frameworks.
• Experience with Adobe Launch and tag management implementations.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and digital marketing workflows.
• Knowledge of personalization, offer management, and decisioning frameworks.
• Understanding of privacy, consent management, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
