Job summary

Walk-In interviews are being conducted. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of hands-on experience with AJO, AEP, and real-time data workflows, and thrives in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer for customer journey design.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform including schemas, segmentation, and Real-Time Customer Profile.
• Experience in API integrations and real-time data processing.
• Understanding of workflow configuration, decisioning logic, and personalization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
