Qualifications

• 12th pass / Diploma / any degree required; freshers and experienced may apply.
• Good Tamil and English, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, counselling, admissions, education, telecalling, or customer handling is an added advantage.
• Targeted, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand student requirements and provide course guidance.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities, and program benefits.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents.
• Invite prospective students for counselling sessions and campus visits.
• Handle queries professionally and maintain records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and performance targets.
• Coordinate with counselling, admissions, and management teams.

Job Summary

LOGICA AVIATION is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and persuasive Admission Counsellor to engage with prospective students and candidates interested in aviation, airport operations, cabin crew, and other career-oriented training programs.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and counselling skills, the ability to convert enquiries into admissions, and a consistent focus on achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course guidance.
