Job summary

Job Description:

Night Shift - 10 PM to 6 AM

1. Housekeeping Management

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct routine inspections of office areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Ensure availability of cleaning supplies and consumables.
• Resolve housekeeping-related issues and complaints promptly.

2. Vendor Management

• Manage facility vendors (housekeeping, security, pest control, HVAC, etc.).
• Ensure vendor adherence to SLAs, safety, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate routine services and emergency support.
• Maintain vendor contracts, performance reviews, and documentation.

3. Invoicing & Billing

• Validate vendor invoices against contracts and services delivered.
• Ensure timely submission and processing of invoices.
• Maintain records of facility expenses and budgets.
• Support cost control and optimization initiatives.

4. Event Management Support

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and employee activities.
• Arrange seating, AV setup, and catering requirements.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution and closure of events.

5. Electrical Maintenance Coordination

• Monitor day-to-day electrical systems and equipment functionality.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure proper operation of lighting, UPS, DG, and power systems.
• Escalate critical issues when necessary.

6. Cafeteria Management

• Oversee cafeteria operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Manage catering vendors and menu planning.
• Monitor food safety compliance and cleanliness.
• Address employee feedback on cafeteria services.

7. Space Management

• Manage workspace allocation, seating arrangements, and occupancy tracking.
• Support office moves, expansions, and reconfigurations.
• Maintain accurate space utilization data and layouts.
• Ensure optimal utilization of office space.

8. Security Management

• Coordinate with security teams to ensure safety and access control.
• Monitor entry/exit systems, visitor management, and emergency protocols.
• Conduct periodic security audits and drills.
• Address security-related incidents and elevate as required.

9. Minor Projects Management

• Execute and monitor small-scale facility projects (renovations, repairs, upgrades)
