Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre in Mysuru is looking for a Dy. Manager- Gearbox / Equipment Design with strong hands-on experience in gear design and development.

The role requires UG in Automobile/Production/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in Pro/E and KISSsoft for shaft analysis and reverse engineering.

The position is based on site in Mysuru, offering opportunities to lead design activities across gearboxes and related equipment, with room for technical growth.

Qualifications

• UG degree in Automobile, Production, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Pro/E is essential.
• Experience in industrial gear design is must.
• Design and development of gearboxes from layout to assembly.
• Knowledge of reverse engineering and shaft analysis with KISSsoft.
