Job summary

Capricore India Private Limited, part of ZF Group, seeks an ADAS Validation Lead in Hyderabad to lead and mentor the system test & validation team aligned with global validation strategy.

You will collaborate with OEMs and Tier-1s, drive timely delivery, and ensure adherence to ASPICE, ISO 26262, and safety/quality processes in automotive embedded systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience with team or project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive embedded systems and testing, preferably ADAS.
• Understanding of Vehicle level Validation, SIL/HIL testing, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers and V-model.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop system test & validation engineering team in India based on global validation strategy.
• Collaborate with global system test & validation management and contribute to team success.
• Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1s and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain effective collaboration with global and cross-functional counterparts.
• Ensure clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Motivate engineers to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards, safety, and quality processes (ASPICE and safety initiatives).

About Company

Capricore India Private Limited is a Research & Development and Engineering Services centre in the SEZ under ZF Group, focusing on ADAS, automotive electronics, embedded software and mechanical engineering. It will support both domestic and international markets, providing engineering, product development and localization services to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

The facility will operate as a technology hub offering end-to-end solutions, covering design, development, testing, validation and manufacturing support for automotive safety and mobility systems.

Your profile as Lead Validation:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related discipline
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience, including team leadership or project leadership
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive embedded systems and Testing, preferably ADAS
• Solid understanding of Vehicle level Validation as well ass SIL/HIL testing
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, NCAP, homologation and safety/quality processes.
• Experience working with OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers. Understanding of automotive lifecycle and V-model.
• Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results
