Job summary

MediaMint is seeking an Ad Operations Associate to support trafficking, tagging and auditing campaigns across web, mobile, OTT/CTV, and other digital platforms.

You will review assets, implement ad tags, troubleshoot delivery issues and assist with reporting and billing. Ideal candidates have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and learn quickly in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support campaign trafficking, ad tagging, screenshot requests and audits.

• Support campaign optimization and reporting.
• Assist with monthly billing and client-related activities.

We are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Operations Associate to join our team at MediaMint. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Ad Operations and Sales teams and support digital advertising campaigns across web, mobile, OTT/CTV and other digital platforms.

What Youll Work On:

• Support campaign trafficking, ad tagging, screenshot requests and campaign audits.
• Review and QC campaign assets and trafficking requests.
• Traffic video assets and implement ad tags.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, third-party discrepancies and under-delivery.
• Support campaign optimization and reporting.
• Assist with monthly billing and client-related activities.
• Work with Account Management, Ad Operations, Sales and Creative teams.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to the digital advertising ecosystem and ad servers such as DCM, Sizmek or Innovid.
• Knowledge of VAST/VPAID and ad-serving technologies.
• Experience with digital advertising, ad sales, creative production or marketing.
• Familiarity with OTT/CTV, mobile and other digital platforms.
